The BW-Z40-LS low-temperature wall breaking ultrafine crusher is a new model developed by Shandong Baishun Machinery Co., Ltd. on the basis of the original vibrating ultrafine crusher. The equipment adopts a horizontal structure, which inherits the advantages of the old suspended cell wall breaking machine, such as good crushing effect and high wall breaking rate, and greatly improves the durability of the product, simplifying the complex maintenance process. Especially suitable for cell wall breaking ultrafine grinding processing of traditional Chinese medicinal materials such as Sanqi, Lingzhi, Lingzhi spore powder, and ginseng.
►Working principle
This machine adopts the principle of vibration based crushing, using stainless steel rods as grinding media. Forced vibration occurs in the crushing chamber, and high-frequency circular vibration causes the stainless steel rods to shear, strike, and grind the material, thereby crushing it. This crushing principle has the advantages of strong crushing power and wide adaptability, and can crush coarse fibrous materials such as Ganoderma lucidum and Dendrobium that cannot be processed by other crushers. At the same time, it also has good crushing effects on many materials with strong toughness.
